Carmelie Jadman, M.S., CCC-SLP

Owner and Speech-Language Pathologist

Carmelie (car-MEH-lee) or ‘Ms. C’ as some patients may know her, is a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist. She is licensed by the State of California and certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). With over eight years of experience, Carmelie has worked with children ranging from 20 months to 18 years old in a variety of settings, including school districts in the Tri-Valley area, in-home therapy, and telehealth.

Through these experiences, Carmelie has developed a deep understanding of how to collaborate effectively with families, IEP school teams, ABA providers, and Occupational Therapists. She believes in connection over compliance, creating therapy sessions that are engaging, child-centered, and tailored to each individual’s interests and needs.

Using evidence-based practices, Carmelie prioritizes family involvement and open communication to ensure that skills learned in therapy are reinforced in natural, everyday settings. She is committed to making speech and language development a fun, empowering, and meaningful journey for every child and their family.

What does RHEMArkABLE mean?

The name Rhema (pronounced RAY-MAH) is rooted in the Greek word meaning “word” or “message”. While its origins are tied to biblical texts, our use of it reflects a deeper, universal inspiration: the power of meaningful connection, love, and communication. We honor and respect people of all faiths and backgrounds.

We believe every individual is capABLE—capable of learning, thinking, and connecting. Rhema and capABLE together reflect our commitment to creating a space where every voice matters and every message is met with love.
